formerly known as Sffie A. Purpura, and TH$ FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK
AT ORLANDO, individually and as Trustees, and as Trustees under
the Last Will and Testament of Frank L. Purpura, Deceased, beinq
the owners and holders of an interest in and to the follawinq des-
cribed mortgaqes, to wit:
A) A 1/2 interest in that certain mortgage executed by
Southern Fruit Distributors, Inc. to the Office Building
Inve~tments, Inc.; dated 4/10/63; recorded in O.R. 61,
Paqe 380,. Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
securinq a note in the original principal amount of
$33~,000.00.
B) A 1/2~interest in that certain mortgage executed by
Mabel Corporation to Center Lake Cor-poration, as Trustee;
dated 8/23/65; recorded in O.R. 126, Paqe 33; Public
Records of S.t. Lucie County, Florida; seauring a note
in the original principal amount of $255,906.00.
said mortgaqes encwnbering the lands described therein located
in St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby acknowledge full payment
and satisfaction of said notes and the mortgages securi.ng same,
and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk
of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
