formerly kno~wri as Effie A. Purpura, and TAE FLORiDA NATIONAL BANR
AT ORLANDO, as Truatees of the Effie A. Purpura Trust, being the
awners and holders of an interest in and to the followinq described
mortqages, to wit:
A) Mortqage executed by Mabel Corporation to Center Lake
Corporation,.~ Trustee; dated 9/2/65; recorded in ~
O.R. 127, Page 109, Pubiic Recordg St. Lncie Caunty,
Florida; securing a note in the original principal amount
of $64,000.00.
B) A 1/2 interest in that certain mortgage executed by
Mabel Corporation to Center Lake Corporation, as Trustee;
dated 8/23/65; recorded in O.R. 126, Page 33, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; securing a note
in the oriqinal principal amount of $255,906.00.
said mortgages encumbering the lands described therein located
in St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby acknawledge full payment
and satisfaction of said notes and the mortgages securing same,
and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk
of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
