Petitioner, SDWARD F. NSWBERGER, SR., Husband, takes
and enters his appeal to the District Court of Appeal of Florida,
Fourth District, to review paragraphs or f indings nos. 3, 4, 5~
6, 7, 11, 14, and that part or portion of paragraph or f inding
No. 15 reserving jurisdiction of the court to appoint Com-
missioners under the Partition Statute to partition the real
property referred to in said paragraph or finding of the orcier,

~ judgment, or decree of the ~ircuit Court of the Nineteenth
~ Jud icial Circuit of Florida in and for St. Lucie County, bear-
ing date the 21st dav of March, 1974, nunc pro tunc February 6,
1974, and rendered and recorc7ed in Off icial Records Book 225,
at page 457, on March 21, 1974. The nature of the portions
of the order appealed from is a Final Judgment of Dissolution
of Marriage .
All parties to said cause are called upon to take
notice of the entry of this appeal.
