RNOW ALL MEN BY THBSS PRESSNT: That AL'S EQUIPMENT RENTALS,
the Plaintiff in the above-styled cause, wherein a judgnrent was
rendered on the llth day of Feb=uary, 1974, A.D. in the above-
named Court for the sum of $174.55 damages together with the
costa in this behalf expended and herein taxed at $18.50 for
all of which let execution issue, against JOSEPB DI NAPOLI and
PELICAN HOTEL, INC., the Defendants therein, said judgment being
duly recorded in the minutes of said Court and a copy thereof

~ havinq been recorded in Civil Action No. 73-1077-SP-O1, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby acknowledge
~~full paynrent and satisfaction thereof and hereby consent that the
