A.~. 1973, by Petition applied to the Circuit Judge of the Probate
Division in and f~r St. Lucie County, Fl~rida, for authority tc
distribute certain real estate in said County hereina~ter des-
cribed, averring it is necessary and expedient to distribute the
sa~~a and als~ each and eve ry jurisd icti~nal fact; and the prayer
in said Petition having appeared to and found by said Judge to be
reasonsble and just and said Petition true and the distribution to~~
the best interest of said estate, said Court rendered the Order
ca~ed the 27th day of A4ri1 , 1973, directing said party of
tha f irst part to distribute the said real.estate in accordance
wi~h t:~e terms of the Will; and ordered said party ~f the first
?art to execute the deed to said pan.y of the second part of the
i real estate herein.

~OW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, said ~arty
of tr.e first part hereby grants, bargains, transfers, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confir~?s unto the said party of the '
second part and to their heirs and assigns forever, said certain
