Bank), as Ancillary Executor of the estate of BESSIE L. JOHNSON,
deceased, party of the f irst part, and ELLEN M. IRISH, Lake
Orior., Michigan and CHARLIE B. CLARK, D~arburn, Michigan, party•
~r the second part, WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part,
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE QOUNTY, on the 22~ day of ~pril ~
A.D. 1973, by Petition applied to the Circuit Judge of the Probate
D~v~sion in and f or St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to
distribute certain real estate in s aid County hereinafter des-
crioed, averring it is necessary and expedient t~ distribute the
same and also each and every jurisd ictional fact; and the prayer
in said Petition having appeared to and found by said Judge to be
reas~nable and just and said Petition true and the distribution to~
the best interest of said estate, said Court rendered the Order
dated the 27th day of April , 1973, directing said party of
~he f irst part to distribute the sa id real estate in accordance
with the terms vf the Will, and ordered said party of the f irst

; 2art to execute the deed to said pa~y of the sec~nd part of the
real estate herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, said ~arty
of the first part hereby grants, bargains, transfers, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and cunf irms unto the said party of the
second part and to their heirs and assigns forever, said certain
