TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the f irst part doth hereby covenant
to and with the said party of the sec~nd part, their heirs and as-•
~ signs, that in all things preliminary to and in and about this con-
veyance the orders of said Court and the laws of tender have been
follawed and complied with in all respects.
