EXEGUTORtS DEED
7.4iIS INDENTURE, executed the 30th day of ~ri~_____, 1973,
BETWEEN SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE O~UNTY (formerly St. Lucie County
Bank), as Ancillary Executor of the estate of BESSIE L. JOHNSON,
deceased, party of the f irst part, and ELLEN M. IRISH, Lake
Orion, Michigan and'(~iARLIE B. CLARK, Dearborn, Michigan, party
of the second part, WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part,
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, on the 2_2nd day of Anril ,
A.D. 1973, by Petition applied to the Circuit Judge of the Probate
Division in and f or St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to
distribute certain real estate in said County hereinafter des-
cribed, averring it is necessary and expedient to distribute the
same and also each and every jurisdictional fact; ancl the prayer
in said Petition having appeared to and found by said Judge to be
reasonable and just and said Petition true and the distribution to
the best interest ~f said estate, said Court rendered the Order
dated the 27th day of ~pril , 1973, directing said party of
the f irst part to distribute the said real estate in accordance
with the terms of the Will, and ordered said party of the f irst
part to execute the deed to said pa~ of the second part of the
II real estate herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, said party
of the f irst part~hereby grants, bargains, transfers, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and conf irms unto the said party of the
second part and to their heirs and assigns f orever, said certain
land in said County of St. Lucie , State of Florida, described as
follows, to-wit: ,
Lot 230, less the West 63.83 feet ~f the East 216.48
feet of the South 133.07 feet of the North 183.07
feet and Less the East 39 feet and the North one-half
(1/2) of Lot 244, less the West 63,83 feet of the
East 191.48 feet of the South 133.07 feet o~ the N~rth
~ 135.18 feet and less the North 50 feet of the South
196 feet for Bass Road right-of -way and less the West
538.25 feet of the East 563.25 feet ~f the South 146
feet and less the East 30 feet for Melville Road
right-of-way, WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
