THIS CAUSS coming on to be hearcl upon the oral motion
of Petitioner to fix the amount and condition of a supersedeas
bond, and it appearing to the court that Petitioner has f iled
a notice of appeal fram portions of the Final Judgment of DIsso-
1 ution of Marriage entered herein on March 21, 1974, nunc pro
tunc as of February 6, 1974, and after argument thereof by
counsel ft~r the respective parties, and the court being otherwise

IT IS ORDERED:

is hereby set in the sum of $5,000, conditioned as required by
law and to be approved by the Clerk of this court.
