his wife as the Grantors, and ST. LUCIB COUNTY, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as the Grantee .
WTTNESSBTH: 'I~at the Grantors in consideration of the sum of One (~1.00)
and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and
right of way for the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining
outfall and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the followi~g described
land in St . Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: .
The East ten (10') feet of ?.ot 4, Block 4, CENTRAL WHITE CITY SUB- `
DIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 63 of the Public Records of
St . Lucie County, Florida . ~
'PO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, its successors and
assigns forever. Provided, however, that the Grantee shall not leave an open ditch
on said easement but will install the necessary covered culvert on said easement .
