NOTICB IS HTsREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Sum~aary Final Judqment
dated May 15, 1974, and entered in Civil Case No. 74-252CA of the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida wherein ALL STATES STE$L, a division of
UNIVERSAL STEEL AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, INC., a Florida corp- `

oration, Plaintiff, and VAiy COTT, FERGUSON afld CROFT, a partnership, ~
are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for
cash at the East door of the St._Lucie County Courthorse in Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida at 11:00 o'clock A.N., on the 31st
dax of Max, 1974, the following described property as set forth
in said final judgment, to wit:

South ala~g the West line of said Section 24, a
distance of 38 feet; thence run South 89~ 23' ~
30" East, a distance of 692.10 feet to the point
of beginning of the following described land:
From said point of beginning, run South 890 23'
30" East a distance of 150.48 feet; thence run
South 00° 00' 30" West a distance of 439.79 feet -
to the North right-of-way of State Road ?0; thence
run South 70° 08' 30" West along the North right-
~ of-way of State Road 70 a distance of 160 feet; thence

feet to the point of beginning; all in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
