KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS iNSTRUMENT That that certain mortgage
recorded in O. R. Book 218, at Paqe 1651, of the St. Lucie County
Public Records, coverinq the following-described real property, to-wit:
Lots 5 and 6, Hlock 16, RIVER PARK, UNIT 2, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 72,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
is hereby extended to provide for monthly mortgage payments rather
