Upon consideration, the Court finds the Defendant(s) ha s waived in accordance with law, her
right to be heard on matter of •issuance of a Writ of Replevin, after due notice of said hearing prior to final
adjudication in this cause and further that the Defendant(s) has not filed written undertaking within the
provisions of Chapter 78.075 (2) of the Florida Statutes, for the stay of this Order; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court issue a Writ of Replevin in this cause setting
forth thereon the property sought by Plaintiff in its Complaint.
