This cause came on for trial May 21, 1974, and the
Plaintiff having proved its case by Affidavits filed herein, and
the Court being advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDSRBD as follows:
1. The Default previously entered by the Clerk of this
Court on October 18 , 1973 is ratified and confirmed.

~ awarded a Judgment of One Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Five
($1,645.62) Dollars and 62/100 principal, One Hundred Thirty-One

Dollars and 50/100 court costs and Two Hundred Twenty-Five ($225.00)
Dollars attorneys fees for a total of Two Thousand Twenty-Five
($2,025.77) Dollars and 77/100, for all of which let execution
issue.
