CO. bearing date the 5th day of April, A. D. 1964, recorded
in Official Record Book 86, page 390, in the off ice of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court o£ St. Lucie County,•Florida, securing
one certain note in the principal sum of SIXTY-FOUR HUNDRED
SSVSNTY-SIX AND 14/100 ($6,476.14) Dollars, and certain promises
and abligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the
property situate in said State and County 3escribed as follaws,
to wit:
THE LANDS AS THEREIN DESCRIBED.
hereby ackna~wledge full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel
the same of record.
