BROTIiERS COMPANY, a co-partnership composed of Frank Strazzulla,
Dominic Strazzulla and Philip Strazzulla, bearing date the 5th
day of April, A. D. 1964, recorded in Official Record Book 86.
paqe 386, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing one certain note in
the principal sum of THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY
AND NO/100 ($33,780.00) Dollars, and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property
situate in said State and County described as follows, to
wit:
THE LANDS AS THEREIN DESCRIBED.
hereby acknawledge full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel
the same of record.
