relief based upon its sworn Complaint, and it appearing to the Court
that the plaintiff is entitled to the temporary relief demanded
without notice, and that the damage apprehended will be done unless
relief is granted, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: `
1. The PORT~ST. LUCIE BANK at Pcrt St. Lucie, Florida, shall .
hold inviolate the amount of $7,000.00 that has been deposited
to the acoo~ait of Zella C. Rogers or Sandra R. Linsen in Account
~11-036-9 until further order of this Court.

~ 2. The defendant SANDRA R. LINSEN shall leave inviolate the
$7,000.00 deposited to the account of ZELLA C. ROGERS or SANDRA R.
LINSEN at the Port St. Lucie Bank in Port St. Lucie, Florida, in
Account #11-036-9 until further order of this court.
3. A certified copy of this orcier is Lo ~e se-r-v~u ~y aa~y
sheriff of Forida upon the defendants and a return of service shall
be made to this Court.
4. This cause will be heard further upon the parties' demand
for other relief by the undersigned Circuit Judge in his office in the
St. Lucie County Courthouse in Fort Pierce, Florida, at

and defendants will be heard, and the defendants may show any cause
or reason they may have why this order should not be continued in
