such that if the said UTHON LEE SLOAN shall appear before the
Circuit Judge, in the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
on Tuesday, May 28, 1974, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., for arraignment in
the above-styled cause to be held at the St. Lucie County Courthouse,
Fort Pierce, Florida, to answer to a charge of breaking and entering
and/or grand larceny n~a pending against the said UTHON LEE SLOAN,
. et al., and shall appear from day to day thereafter, and shall appear
