ANN TOZZI, being first duly sworn according to laW, states that ;
~ she and Nick Tozzi were married on September 25, 1966, ~t Columbus, Ohio, and
immediately thereafter, they lived together and made their home at 4406
Cleveland Avenue South, Canton, Ohio, until the time of the death of Nick
Tozzi, which was July 1, 1973.
Ann Tozzi further states under oath that she and her husband lived
together from the date of their marriage (September 25, 1966) inclusive to the
date of his death, which was July 1, 1973, and that she is his widow.
Ann Tozzi further states she and her husband, Nick Tozzi, on the 4th ~
day of August A.D. 1969, purchased the following described land, which is filed .
and recorded in Volume 179, Page 892 of the Deed Records of St. Lncie County,
~ Florida, and said land and real estate is known as and being:

The following described land situate, lying and being in
County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit: Lot 7,
Block 77 of RIVER PARR UNIT NINE-B SUB-DIVISION, according _
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 47
and 47A of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
