THIS DEED OF RELEASE, ~nade and entered into on this 20th

part, and Ovada M. Ward b Elijah E. Ward of Center, Kentucky ,
party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That whereas, the note mentioned in and secured
by a r.artgage dated 9th day of November , 19 73
executed. by the party of the second part, recorded in ~-lortgage
Book 221 , Page 554-556 , St. Lucie , Fla. County
Court Clerk's Office, having been fully paid and satisfied, the .
party of the first part hereby released its lien therein retained.
