public purpose, to-wit: The lxating and erection of an electric
substation and distribution and transmission lines therefrom and
for means of ingress and egress to said electric substation for
use in the Electric Utility System of Fort Pierce Utilities
Authority of Fort Pierce, Florida.
The Court beinq fully advised in the premises; it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, as follows:
1. That the fee simple title to the following
described parcel of property is hereby vested in Petitioner for
a public purpose, to-wit: The locating and erection of an electric
substation-and distribution and trar.smission lines therefrom and
for means of ingress and eqress to said electric substation for
use in the Electric Utility System of Fort Pierce Utilities
Authority of Fort Pierce, Florida, to-wit:
PARCEL I
The North 75 feet of Lots 3 and 4, less the
North 75 feet of the East 335 feet of said
~r Lot 4, and the East 335 feet of said Lot 4,
~ of Garden City Farms in Section 4, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the sum of Twenty-four Thousand Two Hundred
and One and 50/100 ($24,201.50) Dollars is hereby awarded to
Defendant HAROI,D I. HOLTSBERG, as compensation for the taking of
Parcel I, above described, and Petitioner is hereby ordered to
pay said sum to said Defendant.
3. That Petitioner is hereby ordered to pay to
FEE, PARKER & FEE, P.A., attorn~:ys for said Defendant, the sum of
One Thousand Four Hundred and Ten ($1,410.00) Dollars, as
attorneys' fees herein.
