~ Notice is given that an action for dissolution of marriage
was instituted by the Petitioner against the Respondent on the

day of May, 1974 in the above-styled court, involving
• the following described property situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Start at the point where the North line of Sec. 5, T. 37 S. R.
41 E. intersects the West R/W of the F. E. C. Railway, said
starting ~oint being 50' Westerly of the center line of the
West track, as measured on the perpendicular; thence run S.
89° 44' W., along said Sec. line a distance of 118' to the
point of beginning, thence continue to run S 89° 44' W along
said Sec. line for a distance of 1$0', thence run S OOb 16' E
a distance of 75', thence run N 89 44' E a distance of 100',

ginning. ~
~ EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS: Begin at the point where a
I~ line that is 75i S of and parallel to the N line of Sec. 5,
~ T 37 S, R 41 E intersects the W R/W of the F. E. C. Ry., said
point of beginning being 50' westerly of the center line of
the West track as measured on the perpendicular; thence run
S 89° 44' W, parallel to said North line of Sec. 5, a distance
of 395.30', thence run S 26° OS' E a distance of 33.33'; thence
run N 89° 44' E a distance of 393.60' to said Ry. R/W; thence
run N 23° 29' W a distance of 32.64' to the point of beginning.
The relief sought as to this property is lump sum alimony.
