Larger sums may be paid without penalty at any time/and from time to time. All payments shall be
credited by the Payee first to the interest on this note and secondly as a direct reduction of the principal
hereof.
~ It is agreed that time is of the essence of this rnntract, and if default shall be made in the payment of the
said sums of money or any part thereof as provided in this note, and said default shall continue for a period
of fifteen (15) days, then and from thenceforth it shall be optional with the Payee to consider the whole of said
principal sum expressed in this note, with interest. as immediately due and payable and collectible. without
notice to the makers, their heirs, personal representatives or assigns, and any failure to exercise said option
sh~ll not constitute a waiver of th right to exercise the same at any other time. Installments not paid when

Now shauld it become necessary to collect this note through an attorney, I, ~ve or either of us agr^e to
pay all costs of such collection, inctuding a reasonable attoraey's fee. The drawers and endorsers severally
