TWENTY-SEVENTfI SUPPLEMENTAL II~IDENTURE, dated as of

being herein ca?lled "Houaton"), a Dalaware corporation (herein called

a New York corporation, as trustee (herein called the "Trastee") under '
the respective Mortgages and Dezds of Trnst, ss heretofore or here-
aiter amended, supplementecl, restated and consolida~ed, referred to

1, 1990, and its 8~4% Series dne March 1, 1991, nnder ita In~ientnre,
consisting of said respective Mortgages and Deeds of Trnst, dated as
of Jannary 1,1959, as heretofore amended, snpplemented, restated and
consolidated by certain Snpplemental Indentures, dated as of certain
dates t~nd otl?erwise identitiecl as follows (First throngh Seventh each
being separate Supplemental Indentures of Iionston and Coastal) :
