WH$xses, each of the Trustees has fnll power and anthority to
~ execute this Supplemental Indentnre and to accept and execute the
trust herein imposed npon it;
NOW~ THERSFORE~ THIS SIIPPLEM~NTAI. INDENTIIRE WITNfiSSETH:
That Florida Gas Transmission Company, in eonsideration of the
premises and of the mutual covenanta herein contained and of the snm
of One Dollar to it duly paid by the Trnstees at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, and for other valuable considerations, -
the receipt whereof is hereby acl~owledged, in order to secure the
payment of the principal of, and inte~est (and premium, if any) on,
all Bonds at any time issued and Ontstanding nnder the Indentare,
as anpplemented by this Snpplemental Indentnre and as the same
may from time to time be further snpplemented or modified hereafter,
~ according to their tenor and effect, and the performance and observ-
ance of all the covenants and conditions in the Bonds and the Indentnre
E and herein contained, and to declare the terms and conditions npon and
I snbject to which the Bonds are, and are to be, secnred, has eaecnted
and delivered this Snpplemental Indentnre and does bereby ratify s~nd
confirm unto the Trnstees all property heretofore conveyed to them
under and by virtue of the Indentnre and hereby acknowledges and
confirms that it has granted, bargained, sold, warranted, aliened, re-
mised, released, conveyed, asaigned, transferred, mortgaged, hypo-
thecated, pledged, set over and confirmed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, warrant, alien, remise, release, convey, assign,
transfer, mortgage, hypothecszte, pledge, set over and confirm (a) unto ~
the Trnstee, its successors in tLe trust and it8 and their assigns, for-
ever, and (b) as to all real prnperty and tangible personal property
in the State of Florida, unto the Trasteea, their successors in the trnst
and their assigns, forever, all premises, property, franchises and rights
of every l~nd and description, real, personal and mixed, tsngible and
' intangible, now owned or, snbject to the provisions of Article 13 of the
Indentnre, hereafter acquired by the Company, wherever located, and
inclnding all and singnlar the following described properties :
