States of Texas, Louisiana, ~iississippi, ~labama and Florida (all re-
ferences hereafter made to Volumes and Pages and File Numbers being -
to Volumes and Pages and File Numbers of the Conveyance and Deed
Records, except as otl?erwise indicated, of the respective counties or
parishes of tlie respective States wherein the respective described
instruments are recorded), to wit:
A.
Fee Lands and Improvements Thereon
All tracts or parcels of land, together with all buildings, strac-
tures, machinery, pipe lines, compressors, equipment and appliances
situated on said lands and appnrtenances thereto, and also including
all bnildings, structures, machinery, pipe lines, compressors, eqnip-
~ ment, appliances and appnrtenances of every lund or natnre whatso-
r ever nsed or for nse as a part of such propertiea, soquired or con-
~ strneted, being acqnired or constructed or to be acqnired or constructed, ,
~ on said tracts or parcels of land, owned or hereafter acqnired by the
Company in tlie States of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and
Florida.
B.
Pipe Li~es, Rigl~ts-of-Way and Franchises
All of the pipe lines of the Company situated or to be sitn-
ated and constracted or to be constructed in the States of Texas,
Louisiana, biississippi, ~labama and Florida (whieh inclnde but are
not limited to the riglits-of-way therefor, and the pipe lines and ap-
purtenances laid or to be laid thereon), together with, whether now
owned or hereafter ucquired by the Company, (a) all snrface leases,
surface rights, rigl~ts-of-way, servitudes, easements, permits and grants
for the laying, maintenance and operation of said pipe lines, (b) all
~ franchises, pririleges, permits, grants, licenses and consents of or to
the Compan}~ covering operations for the laying, maintenance and
operation of said pipe lines in, on, o~-er, under or along lands, streets,
roads, hi~hw a~~s, railroads, rivers, canals, ditches, brid~es, national
forests, pubiic gronnds or structures or elsewhere, and all rights
