incident thereto, and (c) all buildings, stations, plants, strnctnres,

a part of said pipe lines or used or for use in connection therewith, _
iucluding but not limited to, all fittings, valves, connections, cathodic or
electrical protection units, by-passes, regnlators, drips, compressor,
regulator, communication and dehydration equipment and facilities, and
meters and measuring stations. _
Withont in any manner limiting the generality of the description r
of surface leases, surface rights, rights-of-way, servitndes, easements,
permits and grants set out in this Subdivision B, all of the snrface
leases, snrface rights, rights-of-wap, servitades, easements, permits ;
I~ and grants identified, described, and tabnlated in Exhibit "B" of ~
Article 4 hereof, are hereby inclnded or shall be deemed to be inclnded
~ as forming a part of such description and in amplification thereof, to
~ wliich instruments and references made therein reference is hereby
inade for a full anci complete deseription of said snrface leases, surface
rights, rights-of-wa~-, servitndes, easements, permits and grants, to the
same eatent and with the same effect as if said instrnments and refer-
ences therein were set forth in fnll herein.
`Vithout in any manner limiting the generality of the description
of franchises, privileges, permits, grants, licenses and consents set _
ont in this Subdivision B, all of the franchises, privileges, permits,
grants, licenses and consents identified, described and tabnlated in
Exhibit "C" of ArEicle 4 hereof, are hereby inclnded or shall be deemed
to be ineluded as forming a part of snch description and in amplifica-
tion thereof, to wliich instruments and the references made tlierein
reference is liereby made for a fnll and complete description of said
franchises, privileges, permits, grants, licenses and consents, to the
sume extent and with tl~e same effect as if said instruments and refer-
ences therein were set fortli in fnll herein.
