gates, compressors, compressor engines, compressor stations, telephone
and telegraph lines, electric power lines, poles, wires, angiliarp equip-
ment, easings, oil or gas wells, oil or gas well equipment, valves, oil
or gas lease eqnipment, bridge licenses and bridge rights, f ranehises,
permits, privileges, grants, leases, cansents, licenses and patent rights,
and also all plants, buildings and structures, with their fixtures and
appurtenances, and all machinery, mechanical equipment, electrical
equipment, and machine shops, now owned or hereafter constructed
or acqnired, of wliatever charucter and wherever situated, all of wl~icii
are to be considered as part and parcel of tlie real estate co~ ered
hereby and all of which, togetlier with such real estate, are to be con-
sidered and dealt with as a whole, and all of wliicl? movable propert~ ,
located within tlle State of Louisiana is hereby declared immo~ abie b~'

~ SALSS~ SERVICE, TAAN3POBTATION AND OTHEB CONTRACTS
All right, title and interest of the Company nnder, in and to each
of the contracts and agreements descri~ed in Eghibit "D" of Article 4
hereof, or which the Company assigns to, pledges and mortgages, or
is reqnired by the terms of the Indentnre or any indenture supple-
mental thereto to assign to, pledge and mortgage, nnder tLe Indentnre
with the Trnstee, and under, in and to all revisions, alterations, modi-
fieations, amendments, changes, extensions or renewals of or replace-
ments for all of the foregoing wluch are hereafter entered into, the
Company, however, remaining liable to observe and perform all the
conditions and convenants in said contracts and agreements provided
to be observed and performed by it. Copies of the contracts and agree-
ments described in said Eghibit "D", certified by the Secretary or an
~ssistant Secretary of the Company, to be true copies of the originals
thereof, have been lodged with the Trustee simnltaneously with the
egecntion hereof.
Subject to the provisions of Article 13 of the Indenture, all right,
title and interest of the Company nnder, in and to all contracts and
agreements providing for the sale, delivery or exchange by the Com-
pany of natnral gas or for the purchase or transportation by the Com-
pany of natural gas, l~ereafter entered into by the Company, wl~icl~
the Company is reqnired by § 7.02 of the Indentnre to assign to and
pledge and mortgage with tLe Trustee under the Indenture.
