if the Company, its snecessors or assigns, ehall pay or ca~se to be
paid nnto the holders of the Bonds the principal, interest and premium,
if any, to become dne in reapect thereof at the ~form andtobservenall
stipulated therein and herein, and shaU keep, pe
and singalar the covenants and promises in the Bonds and coupons and
in the Indentnre expressed to be kept, performe~ ana observed by or
on the part of the Company, then this Supplemental Indentnre and tlie
estate and rights hereby granted sh~?ll cease, de~ertnine and be void,
otherwise to remain in fnll force and effect;

tween the parties hereto, that all the Bonds an~ conpons are to be
issned, anthenticated and delivered, and that all the Trnst Estate
is to be held and applied, snbject to the further covenants, conditions,
! nses and trasts hereinafter set forth; and the Company, for itself
f and ita snccessors, does hereby covenant and agree to and with the
Trnstee (and where applicable to Florida Property, with the Trnstees)
and its snccessors in said trnst, for the benefit of those wlio sl~all
hold the Bonds and conpons, or any of them, as follows:

RATIFICATION AND CONFIAMATION.

ther supplemented, modified ancl alterecl bs this Supplemental Inden-
ture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed by this Supplemei?tal
