tively, of Bankers Trnst Company, appeared before me in my said
connty this day in person and severally acknowledged to me that they,
being first thereunto dnly anthorized by said corporation, execnted,
signed, sealed with tLe corporate seal, and delivered the said instru-
ment for Bankers Trust Company on this day as the free and volnntary
act and deed of said corporation and as their own free and volnntary
act and deed, for tLe nses, pnrposes and considerations therein set

of said corporation and that said instrument was executed, signed,
