3. This Financing Statement covers the following types of property:

and (iii) of the types described in the Granting Clauses of the t
Indenture. •

Attached hereto marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof is an !
excerpt from the TwenCy-Seventh Supplemental Indenture between the
parCies hereto, which excerpt includes Granting Clauses First
through Third.
The documents involved in this transaction, including without
limitation, those referred to in this Financing Statement, and the ~
obligations or agreements secured by the p~aperty re£erred to in
this Financing Statement, and the other collateral for such
obligations and agreements, may be amended and supplemented from 4
time to time. ;
