KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, JOHN C. HURCHANIK,
whose present address is 341 South Street, Jensen Beach, Florida,

hereby nominate, appoint and constitute JOHN HURCHANIK, whose pre-
sent address is 341 South Street, Jensen Beach, Florida 33457, to
be my agent and tru~ and lawful attorney zo act in, manage and con-
duct all my affairs, and fdr that purpose, in my name, and on mX
behalf, to do and execute and acknowledge to1the same extent as
I could if present in person, the following acts, deeds and things:
Any and all bills of sale of personal property that
may be owned by me;
Any and all receipts and acknowledgments for money
payable to me; ,
To ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive all sums
of money, debts and things of whatsoever nature or
description which are now, or hereafter shall become
due or payable to me;
To sell, either by public or private sale, or exchange,
any part, or parts of my real estate for such considera-
tions and upon such terms, as my attorney shall think
fit, and to execute and deliver good and sufficient
deeds, mortgages, leases, satisfactions, and such other
instrwnents as may be necessary or desirable for the
conveyance, encumbrance, lease or satisfaction of the
; same, with or without covenants of warranty as my
~ attorney shall see fit, and to give good and effectual
~ receipts for all or any part of the purchase price, or
other consideration;
To buy, sell, exchange and transfer any and all stock,
securities and other intangible personal property, and
to execute~and deliver all powers and endorsements on
same to any and all persons, firms and corporations,
without limitation;
To deposit any money which may come into his hands as
such attorney with any bank in my name, and to withdraw
and employ as my attorney shaTl think fit, any such
money in the payment of any debts or other such obliga-
tions as may be necessary or desirable;
To enter and use any and all safe deposit boxes which
I may have in any and all banks;
In general, to do all other acts, deeds, matters and
~ things whatsoever, in or about my estate, property and

affairs as fully and effectually to all intents an
~ purposes as I could do in my own proper person if per-
sonally present.
I, the said JOHN C. HURCHANIK, hereby ratify and confirm
and promise at all times to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever `
