- After due notice, this cause came on this day to be consider-
~ ed upon the petition of HAROLD S. GRAHAM as Successor Trustee of
_ the property of The ROBBINS & GR~IAM CONII~ANY, a dissolved corpor-
~ ation formerly existing under the laws of Florida, for leave to
~
w sell certain real property which is an asset of said trust and which
,
is located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and it appearing that prop-
er notice was given to each beneficiary of said trust, in the manner
~ provided for in the Decree of this Court heretofore entered; and
it appearing that the sale prayed for in said petition is for the
benefit of the trust and the beneficiaries, and that said petition
should be granted and that the contract for sale attached to said
petition should be approved and the sale therein provided for should
be authorized and directed; thereupon, upon consideration thereof, "

IT IS ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: i

l. That said petition be and is hereby granted.
2. That the certain docwment dated April 1, 1974 for the
sale and purchase of said real property, which was attached to said
petition, be and is hereby approved.

3. That said Successor Trustee be and is hereby authorized ~

to sell the following-described real property, which is an asset of ~
the trust herein involved and which is located in St. Lucie County,
