The North part of South one-half (S~) of Lot Three (3),
Section ~tenty-one (21), Township Thirty-four (34) South,
of Ranqe Forty (40) East, or otherwise described as:
Beginning Twenty and Forty one-hundredths (20.40) chains
North of the South boundary Lot Three (3), Section Twenty-
one (21), Township Thirty-four (34) South, Ranqe Forty (40)
East, run South on the West boundary of said Lot Three (3)
to a point Thirteen and ~renty one-hundredths (13.20) chains
North of the Southwest corner of said Lot Three (3), thence
run East to Indian River, thence run Northerly on Indian
River to a point East of the point of beginninq, thence West
to point of beqinning.
Toqether with all riparian rights.
accordinq to said contract and the terms thereof, to,ROBERT T. RYAN,
and said Successor Trustee is further authorized to execute and de-
liver all deeds, or other docwments whatever deemed necessary, de-
sirable or convenient to carry such sale into effect and completion ~
and closinq, and said Successor Trustee is hereby further authorized
to accept and receive all cash payable at the closing of said sale,
the contract price being a total of $12,000.00, with a cash deposit
of $500.00 and cash on closinq of $11,500.00.
4. No purchaser or third party shall be authorized or bound
I to inquire into the disposition of the proceeds of sale, such matter
