RNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, HOWARD LEE
RODGERS, as Principal, and LENA DYCAES OWENS, a single woman, as
Surety, are held and firmly bound unto the Governor of the State
of Florida, i.n the sum of FIVE THOUSAND TWO AND NO/100 ($5,002.00),
for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we bind our-
selves, our heirs, legal representatives and assigns, jointly and

The condition of the above and foregoing obligation is
such that if the said HOWARD LEE RODGERS, Principal, shall appear
at a term of the above-entitled Court to be held at the St. Lucie

3rd day of June, A.D. 1974, to answer to a charge of manslaughter
now pending against the said HOWARD LEE RODGERS, Principal, and
shall appear from day to day and term to term, thereafter, and shall
