The Motion of State of Florida, Department of Health
and Rehabilitative Services, Division of Family Services,

to Dismiss the Petition for Adoption previously filed

herein, came on to be heard, and it appearing that ven ,
in this proceeding does not lie in the State of Florida
since neither of the Petitioners nor the child sought to
be adopted resides in the State of Florida nor in St. Lucie
County, it is therefore
ORDERED, that the Motion to Dismiss the Petition for
; Adoption in this proceeding is hereby granted.
~ The Court affirmatively states that not only does the
Court have no objection to the State of Ohio taking juris-
diction in this matter, but it is the hope of this Court
that the proper Court in the State of Ohio will, in fact,
i
take jurisdiction of this adoption proceeding.
ORDERED, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
