DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE CAM~ on for trial the 17th day of May, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOSEPH BURNS
~
~ and CORA LEE BURNS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
~
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMES BURNS, I~:VIN BURNS, ELIZABETH
ANN BURNS, FREDDIE MAE BURNS, WYMAN BURNS, ANGELINA BURNS, ROSELYN
BURNS and REGINALD BURNS, minor children of the parties, is hereby
awarded to CORA LEE BURNS with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to JOSEPH BURNS.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 24th day of May, 1974, JOSEPH BURNS
shall pay to CORA LEE BURNS the sum of $50.00 each and every week
for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
