money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence

addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. PROPE RTY. The Husband agrees to convey his interest in
the real property described as follows:
LOTS & ~3, BLUC:K t;, t~~ivi~ Vl~lli ~uisi~IiiYSIOa~,
according to the plat thereof on file in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
to the Wife and the Wife agrees to make the mortgage payments thereon
when same become due and payablG together with the insurance payments
and the taxes on said property.
5. ATTORNEYS' FEE: Z'he parties hereto each agree to pay his or
her own attorney's fee and each agree to pay one•-half (1/2) of the
court costs in the total amonnt of $72.50 or each party being

responsible for $36.25 for said costs expended in this cause.

i 6. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined :
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.

7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
