TNIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before this Honorable
Court on the 8th day of May, 1974, on the Motion and Notice of
Hearing on "ALL PENDING MOTIONS" filed by the Defendants, WOLF;
and the Court having determined that the following Motions by
the hereinafter mentioned Defendants constituted all pending
Motions.

The Court having considered these Motions, heard the argu-
ment of counsel for the respective parties and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, hereby disposes of said Motions

1. As to the Defendants Wolf, the Motion to Dismiss Count
II of the Complaint as it pertains to the Wolf's only is hereby
granted; and the Motion to Dismiss Counts III and IV ;
