ORDER ON CUSTODY
On November 26, 1973 temporary custody of the two minor ~
children of the parties was granted to the husband with visita-
~i tion rights reserved to the wife. On December 31, 1973 the Court
~
~ entered its Final Jtidgment on the Dissolution of Marriage but

made no final disposition on the question of custod~ of the
two minor children pending a social investigation to be made
for the Court by the Division of Family Services. The Division
of Family Services completed its investigation and filed its re-
port April 17th, 1974. On April 17th counsel were advised of
the filing of the report and counsel were requested to advise
the Court within ten days whether or not they wished to have
this matter set down for a further evidentiary hearing. Neither ~
counsel having requested a further evidentiary hearing, and the
Court having determined the Court should adopt the recommendations
