The above Plaintiff, by its undersigned attorney, moves to r
enter a default against FRANK D. SURGEONER, and in support thereof would
show the Court that a Notice of Suit was duly served upon FRANR D.
SURGEONER, which required him to file his answer on or before
and that said Defendant, FRANK D. SURGEONER, failed to file his answer
or any answer or other pleading, and said Defendant is not in the
Military Services.
