FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the~_day of mJ9` ,1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: T~is Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
upon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Husband,
RICHARD WILLARD DIGGAN, SR. and the Wife, SHIRLEY HOL2WORTH DIGGAN,
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them

f are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exist-
~ ing between them and from the .obligations arising therefrom.

2. RESTORATION OF NAME. SHIRLEY HOLZWORTH DIGGAN, be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of SHIRLEY HOLZWORTH, and ~

to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. ~
