EXHIBI2 A
The Grantor, as owner of the real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attached Deed
being a portion of Section 23, Township 36 South, Range
40 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said ~
real property the following restrictions and covenants:
l. Any residential construction on the premi.ses
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living .
area exc2usive of carports, attached garage and porches.
2. No livestock, excepting only horses and cattle,
shall be kept or maintained on the premises at any time.
3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the
premises for commercial purposes.

5. There shall not be created or permitted to exist

business, temporarily or permanently on any part of the land

7. If any person shall violate or, attempt to violate
any of the covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it
shall ae lawful for any other person or persons own~.ng any
real property situated in said section to prosecute any
proceedings at law or in equity against the perons or persor.
