_ PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS: .

NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
, tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
naw the owner and holder by assignment of the follo~wing mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wi t:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page ~
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein •
more parti cul arly descri bed; as amended by Modi fi cati on of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modift~a-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record 6ook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS,~Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ~
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Three Thousand :'~ine Hundred
F - - DOLLARS
3940.20 , t e receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exoaerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effe~t, lien or encu*~brance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on tha remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. -
