WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages and the notes secur~d thereby, to-wit: A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, ~ 1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing E5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page 2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~ more~particularly describe~; as amended by Modification of Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured by an additional principal indebtedness of 51,112,392.00 and also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and ~ WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ~ City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a part of~the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said mortgage; NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of the premises and the sum of Four Thousand Seven Huncired Twelve DOLLARS 4 71?.5~ , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ~ does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed by said mortgage more particularly described as follows: : ~ ~ Lot 526 ~ Section II in that certain condominium known as Outdoor Resorts . of America at Nettles Island, according to plat of Nettles Island Project recorded in Plat Book 16, ~ Pages 1 through 1(j) inclusive, and Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 186, Page 2720, as last amended in Official Record Book ~ ~ 192, Page 820, public records of St. Lucie County, .
