NNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY 6ANK, a national banking associa-
. tion organized under the laws of the United States of 11m~rica, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ~
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
. 1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business 7rust, securing
;5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, •
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein -
more~particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indzbtedness of a1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering.other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of ~lortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. -
Lucie County, Florida; and =
V+MEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First iVatianal ~
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged ~remises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lfen ana operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:
