KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: . ;
WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, ;
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental ;
Mortgage Inves~ors, a Massachusetts Business 7rust, securing '
55,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie L'ounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~ '
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of i
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extens~on Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
• Luc1e County, Florida; and
NNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ~
C~ty Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
p~rt of the mortgaged premi ses , fram the 1 i en and operati on of sai d
mortgage; ~
