LUCIE COUNTY~ FLbRIDA. 2,831~3 ' f CASE NO. 73-902 CA IN RE : The Marrit~ge of MICHAEL JOHN ANTAONY, { ~ Husband, ~ i and LINDA ANTHONY, ' Wife. ~ FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the day of May, 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suitf that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MICHAEL JOHN ANTHONY and LINDA ANTHONY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and ~ the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds `f of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ' k ~ arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of MARSHA ANN ANTHONY, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, LINDA ANTHONY, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, MICHAEL JOHN ANTHONY. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of May, 1974, MICHAEL ~ JOHN ANTHONY shall pay to LINDA ANTHONY the sum of $25.00 each and ~ ~ every week, for the support of the child named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife, LINDA ANTHONY. In addition, there is ~ ~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be mad in cash, money order or cashier's check.
