This cause came on for trial the 29th day of May,
1974 and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the
evid~nce, finds and determines: :
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and .

subject matter of this suit; that the relatian of husband ;
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follo~~ws:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~
I~ LAURANCE RECTOR and MARILYN RECTOR be and the same is hereby
~
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever a
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exiating between `
~
them and from the obliqations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. MARILYN RECTOR be and she
is hereby authorized to assume her former name of MARILYN DAVIS
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had ~
;
not intervened. ;
3. JIIRISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
~
~ orders as may be proper.
