TAIS CAUSE came on to be heard, after notice, upon
the application and motion of John T. Brennan, to withdraw
as respondent/counter-petitioner's counsel in this cause.
Upon consideration, it is
ORDERBD AND ADJUDGED that the motion of John T.
Brennan to withdraw as counsel for respondent/counter-
petitioner be and the same hereby is granted; and John T. ,
Brennan is relieved from further duty and obligation on
behalf of respondent/counter-petitioner herein.
